Getting Started
Schedule a 10 minute chat to discuss your needs and the goal of your first appointment. We'll answer any specific questions you may have and offer our professional recommendations.
After learning more about you and your individual requirements, our staff will set up a unique experience designed just for you. Every aspect of your session, music, lighting, plunge temperature, etc., are all adjusted to suit your specific preferences.
Our staff will guide you every step of the way through each component of your recovery session. At the end of your visit you'll feel renewed, invigorated, and centered.

Q. How cold is your plunge tub?
A. Water temperature is adjusted between 45 and 59 degrees, based on your goals and experience level.
Q. Do you address specific medical conditions?
A. Absolutely. Our wellness director will chat with you one-on-one to discuss safe therapy options based on your medical history.
Q. Is there an age requirement to have an appointment?
A. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a liability release and consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian. Additionally, anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for all services.
Q. What happens if I'm running late?
A. To ensure an on-time and efficient experience for our guests, we have a strict 10-minute grace period for all appointments. After 10-minutes, late appointments are cancelled and are non-refundable.

A. For your safety and to ensure the best possible experience, all services are staff guided only.
