Our monthly Ice Plunge Parties are an awesome way to meet new people and create lasting memories in a supportive, alcohol-free environment. Enjoy delicious coffee, healthy snacks, party games, and great company while experiencing an invigorating ice bath!
The party goes on from 10am to 1pm and you're welcome to stay as long as you'd like! Your reservation includes unlimited plunges during your 30-minute time block, 1 entry into our $500.00 monthly prize pack raffle, and 1 complimentary snack and beverage voucher.
